Returns and Exchange Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Return information is also provided on your enclosed packing list. We ask that the product be returned in original condition, in original boxes and with a copy of your receipt or packing slip. We will gladly issue an exchange (for in stock items) or refund as requested. Products exchanged will be charged $9.95 and applied to customers account for the return postage fee. Returns/Exchanges will be refused unless issued a Return Authorization Number by one of our team members.  Please contact service at 800-508-2638 or custserv@affordablewesternwear.com for an RMA#.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON BLACK JACK OR LUCCHESE CLASSICS BOOTS.  Both of these brands are custom handmade according to customers specifications.  Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if boots are considered defective by the manufacturer's inspector.  Inspections take approximately 10-14 business days to process.
