BLACK JACK BOOTS AND LUCCHESE CLASSICS are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless item is defective.
Exchanges must be kept in new condition (not worn, orignal packing, all tags, unwashed). Boots must be worn on carpet only to ensure that the soles are not scratched. Altered or worn items will not be exchanged.
Products/merchandise may only be exchanged for equal or greater value. Affordablewesternwear.com will not accept any item after 10 business days from the ship date.
Products/merchandise exchanged to affordablewesternwear.com on or before 10 business days from the ship date will be charged $14.95 and applied to customers account for return postage fee.
Returns/Exchanges will be refused unless issued a Return Authorization Number by one of our team members.
